exit number 19
Take the Salina St. ramp
Take a slight right onto N. Salina St.
N. Salina St. becomes S. Salina St.
The M&T Bank Building will be on the left
Take a left onto E. Washington St.
M&T parking garage will be on the left
From 690 West:
Take the Townsend St. exit- exit
number 13.
Turn left onto N. Townsend St.
